AJ Jones
Former finance executive.
Two-time widowmaker survivor.
Father, husband, writer, podcast host and relentless truth-teller.
Founder of MORE.
AJ spent two decades climbing the corporate ladder — advising, leading, succeeding, and building the life he was supposed to want.
But after his first heart attack in 2016, he realized something was deeply misaligned.
He tried to outrun it.
Tried to explain it away.
Tried to return to “the safe path.”
But misalignment doesn’t disappear — it compounds.
In 2024, after his second widowmaker, AJ stopped negotiating with his life.
He left the old path behind and doubled down on helping others avoid the same wake-up call.
Today, AJ leads MORE with one mission: To help people live lives that won’t require a crisis to make sense.
